The View Royal Garden Club is an established and thriving garden club and has been around for over 60 years.
An enthusiastic group of members includes people of all ages. New, as well as experienced gardeners, are encouraged to attend the meetings to hear interesting guest speakers and participate in the annual Spring, Rose and Fall judged garden shows.
General meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month in the library at Shoreline Community School, 2750 Shoreline Drive, starting at 7.30 p.m. There are no meetings in July, August or December. There is a mini-show at each monthly meeting and also a sales table of plants and gardening items. Tours and workshops are also offered.
An informative newsletter is produced every month. Visitors and new members are always welcome. Membership fees are $8.00 for single, and $12.00 for a family.
